Street Assist Edinburgh

Street Assist operates every Friday and Saturday from 22.00 to 04.00 providing a non-judgemental welfare/first aid service to help people who have become vulnerable during the busy Night-Time Economy hours. They aim to support our emergency services and reduce the number of people presenting at Accident and Emergency (A&E) unnecessarily for intoxication and minor injuries.

We were delighted to work with Neil on some small changes to the StreetAssist website and migrating it to Azure. As a Non-Profit organisation they were able to take advantage of the free Azure credits Microsoft provide. Utilising this reduced web hosting costs to zero and reduce latency as the website had previously been hosted in Europe.
