Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
The Scrum Master as envisioned by Ken Schwaber and Scrum.org is a Lean-agile Practitioner. Learn Scrum from those that created and maintain it with the Professional Scrum Master™ (PSM) 2-day course that teaches what you need to know to be a Teacher, Mentor, Coach, & Facilitator for your Scrum Team.

Professional Scrum Master Advanced (PSM II)
The Professional Scrum MasterTM level II (PSM II) assessment is available to anyone who wishes to demonstrate his or her ability to apply the Scrum framework to solving advanced, complex problems in the real world. Those that pass the assessment will receive the industry recognized PSM II Certification as an indication of their advanced knowledge and abilities pertaining to Scrum and the role of the Scrum Master.
Anyone attempting the PSM II should have advanced Scrum knowledge, in-depth Scrum experience and/or have taken the Professional Scrum Master course prior to taking this assessment. However, attending a course is neither necessary nor sufficient for certification. The PSM II assessment is very difficult, and consists of multiple-choice questions based on your knowledge of Scrum and how you would handle real-world situations.

Scaled Professional Scrum with Nexus (SPS)
The Scaled Professional Scrum (SPS) with Nexus Workshop is a 2-day course that teaches anyone involved with formulating, managing, and participating in scaled Scrum product development. Professional Agile Leadership with Evidence-Based Management (PAL-EBM)
Professional Agile Leadership™ – Evidence-Based Management™ (PAL-EBM) assessment is available to anyone who wishes to validate that they are a leader with an advanced level of understanding about how an empirical approach helps organizations to continuously improve.
This includes the knowledge needed to enable agility by identifying goals and related achievement measures, using hypotheses to identify improvement opportunities, performing experiments to test these hypotheses, and using the resulting learning to improve. They have demonstrated the knowledge to apply these concepts to Improvement targets such as customer outcomes, organizational capabilities, and business results.

Applying Professional Scrum (APS)

Professional Scrum Product Owner – Advanced (PSPO-A)
Professional Scrum Product Owner™ – Advanced (PSPO-A) is a hands-on, activity-based course that focuses on helping experienced Product Owners and Product Managers expand their ability to establish a vision, validate their hypotheses, and ultimately deliver more value to their stakeholders. The course goes beyond the topics explored in the Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) class by deepening the attendee’s understanding of the role through the exploration of the many stances of a professional Product Owner. Students should have at least one year of Product Owner experience and a practical knowledge of Scrum in order to participate in and benefit from these exercises. Having previously taken the PSPO class is recommended, but not required.
